"Sobrasada" is a traditional intensely flavoured cured charcuterie out of lean meats from the native black pork of Mallorca, with spices and paprika, a 100% Mediterranean delicacy.
Our Sobrassada comes from free-range and 100% pure breed iberic porks that are fed on acorns. Also known as "Black Label" or Pata Negra.
We deliver our Pata Negra Sobrasada to individuals and chefs based in the UK.
